Here is a video from seeker rods that shows some rod blank making processes, I think its a good video , but it takes a few minutes to get to the rod blank making part, I checked out their website and looks like they have some great catfishin rods

That was a cool video, I'll look em up see what they cost, bet they are pricey.

Youre rite Mac, the rods they have that would be good for catfishin are between 130 and 250 bucks !! they are well built though,,
